Our annual exhibition was a great success this year with 279 people attending. We also managed to sell 25 prints raising money for club funds. People also enjoyed the audio/visual display that William Clelland put together featuring more than a dozen creative activities going on in and around Berwick, linking to the Heritage OPen Days theme of Creativity. The public were invited to vote for their favourite photographs and Janet Mew was the photographer who took the winning shot - a fantastic picture of a Kingfisher.

This was a great joint effort with 17 members exhibiting 100 images. A great team of volunteers put up the exhibition and provided the catering. It all worked like clockwork. There was very positive feedback from visitors who commented on the wide range of genres and the high standard of all the images. The public vote was taken very seriously and it was nice to see people taking time to really consider their choice.
Very well done, I'm so pleased it went smoothly and was so well attended. Sorry I couldn't make it as I'm in Inverness.
