Click on the 'News' tab at the top of the home page, select Club Competitions Rules and Definitions, then scroll down to the rules, you will find the specifications for prints. The only additional thing you have to do with the Triptych is label the back of the prints with Left, Centre and Right, in the order you want them to be displayed for judging.
